Pools close after 8 PM which allows for a quieter evening experience. The beach offers clean, sandy stretches with no seaweed.
Wi-Fi connectivity in certain areas, especially in club rooms, is unreliable. The AC in some rooms is inconsistent, as it can be weak or even leak, leading to maintenance issues. The closing hours for the swimming pool are often miscommunicated. If you're looking to venture into the city, taxis are expensive. The kids' club lacks organization, which might deter families with younger children.

The room was good-sized and brand-new!
The restaurant was very nice for all guests, I tried savoury dishes. The staff were well organised, thanks to them everything was really good. The location was magnificent, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Royal William Yard.

Fun family getaway with fab food
The staff was super friendly, especially the animation team. The pools were fantastic, and our kids couldn't get enough of the splash zones. Food was a big win, too-so many choices at the snack bar! Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit stronger in our room.

I like surprise about animation of hotel because I don"t like animation at all but a professional team (Han & his wife Kate ) change my mind about animation(archery-air gun-crazy dance-waterpolo-show and etc) . the staffs of hotel could talk english and russian good and were nice and helpful . variety of food was good and change day by day , fish ala carte restaurant was good . our rooms in main building was good and sound proof windows was very good for resting and night club and show was enough far from of main building , this hotel is russian hotel because 90% of passengers come from russia and you must know about their culture , in at all hotel was good and is 8-8.5 in booking score.pool bar is open 24h and serve every type of drink (traditional also) as you wish and have helpful and nice barman . just book all because in half board and no all you must pay money more than
Please don"t reserve china restaurant al a carte because tase of food is horrible not same as china nor turkey , I find many friends in hotel and check their rooms in another side of hotel , that was bad location and view , in my opinion sea view rooms in 2th &3th floor of main building is the best but if you are family with two child or more can booked family suite beside of reception but you have no good view and location, air condition for Russian people is good but if you come from warm country may be not good for you , one of two elevators don"t working from our 3th days and don"t repair . before reserving taxi you must check price because in turkey everything must be checked .

Adora provided an really good experience . The spacious and modern grounds allowed easy access to amenities, with multiple dining options available throughout the day. The a la carte restaurant had a romantic rooftop setting. The attentive staff consistently ensured that our needs were met, contributing to a comfortable atmosphere. The Wi-Fi connection was strong throughout the resort.
Some noise issues could be noted, particularly from entertainment activities at night.

Very nice Resort. We were 2 young couples with one 3 years old child each. We appreciated too much our vacation. Rooms were correct, food and beverage 8/10, with lot of choice. Animation was fair but two shows were very nice: Turkish and Mangolian. Staff was very kind and friendly.
A la carte seafood restaurant: very bad cuisine and presentation, fish was not delicious, tables without covers. Room’s cleanness was not perfect (8/10). The coffre was not fixed and can be taken with all its content. No internet in the rooms! It really bothered us, since nowadays internet in a room of a hotel is as important as tv, electricity, water … Internet let people and families stay connected together during vacation, checking e-mails is also very important for some professionals even if they are on vacation… so this is the point which I found very negative in the Hotel. There is internet in the hall, but we have to move every time there (and pay 10 Euuros/24hours), no privacy for skype or msn … I really recommend the manager of the Hotel to make internet available in the rooms. One other inconvenient is that the resort is located far from the city, which mean that every time we want to go outside, taxi (expensive in Turkey) is necessary. But this point is not essential. As other Turkish resorts and Hotels, it is difficult to communicate in English with the staff, but finally we and they can understand each other’s…
